9 Questions with Employee of the Quarter, Troy Little

Every Quarter, Toyota Lift Northwest takes the time to recognize one of our own that exemplifies what it means to “exceed expectations at all touch points.” This person is someone who has made a lasting impression on our customers and on their colleagues through their actions and attitude. For the 2nd Quarter of 2021, that person is Troy Little. Troy works in our parts department in Clackamas, ensuring that customers receive the right parts to keep their forklifts and other material handling equipment in good working order. He has been indispensable to helping launch the new Tire Service as well as serving as a primary point of contact for our service technicians in the field. Not only that but “Troy has made sure to keep not only the Parts Department in good spirits, but the entire branch and has even brought some smiles to the faces in the Kent branch.” We took a moment to speak with Troy to ask him about his work and learn more about our Employee of the Quarter.
